District Program Manager (1)
Master’s degree in Management sciences with a minimum of 8-9 years of relevant experience, preferably working as Program Manager on the integrated development program (Social Mobilization, Community Physical Infrastructure, Livelihood, Capacity Building projects, implementation in the rural areas, relevant experience will be preferred

Senior Engineer (1)
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably working with community development project in the development sector, for the implementation of community physical infrastructure program in the rural areas relevant experience will be preferred.

Field Engineer (2)
Three years diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the, NGO in the, community development project in the development sector, for the implementation of community physical infrastructure program relevant experience will be preferred.

Social Organizers (05)
Master degree in the Social Sciences with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the INGO, NGO in the, community development project in the development sector, for the implementation of integrated development project having through knowledge of Community Organizations, (Social Mobilization, Community Physical Infrastructure, Livelihood, Capacity Building, at grassroots level.
Relevant experience will be preferred

Livelihood Officer (02)
Master or bachelor degree in the Livestock or Agriculture background with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the, community development project in the development sector, for the implementation of integrated development project having through knowledge livelihood model , formation of the Livelihood investment Plans(LIPs), common intrest group formation(CIG) and interventions at grassroots level

Master degree in the Finance & Accounts with a minimum of 4years of experience in the INGO, NGO in the, community development project in the development sector, for the implementation of integrated development project having through knowledge Financial Management, record keeping and command on the account FIS and computer skills.

Master or bachelor degree in the Finance & Accounts with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the INGO, NGO in the, community development project in the development sector, for the implementation of integrated development project having through knowledge record keeping and command on the account Administration, Procurement and computer skills
