She has an encompassed proficiency in enterprise development, agricultural high yield solutions as well as creation of value addition impact in traditional and contemporary business management processes. Her expertise includes organizational capacity development, process engineering, strategic planning, change management and communication effectiveness. Ayesha has majored in MIS (with honors) from the University of Connecticut and has conferred Strategic Leadership expertise at Yale University; with a formalized learning in Social Media leveraging and Social Entrepreneurship from Oxford University, UK.
Muhmmad Murtaza (CEO /Secretary)
Muhammad Murtaza, a Microfinance Expert Professional, notable social worker and an enthusiastic activist is the founder and Executive Director of the RCDS since 1995. Being affiliated and associated with notable governing bodies, learning centres, development institutes and catalyst networks, he has represented on national and international forums and exhibitions for introducing development initiatives. His spectrum of interest include delivering concepts for microfinance modeling, social development inclusiveness, integrated business development strategies, institutional governance and effectiveness and social resilient performance throughout his illustrious career. He is a Law graduate from Punjab University Law College and holder of the prestigious a Boulder Certification as a feather to the formidable experience of two decades.
Muqadas Iqbal, a master trainer, financial consultant and business management expert has been associated with the social services as a development and pro bona partner, volunteer and board member in different organizations throughout the career. She is amongst one of the senior board member of the organization with over 08 years rich experience in finance & banking, women empowerment, enterprises development experience Serving as Coordinator of HomeNet Pakistan funded by HomeNet South Asia & Unifem India along with BARGAD as Finance & Account Head are some on the limelight of professional experience. She is a postgraduate in banking & finance from the University of Punjab and is also part of HR & Compensation Committee of RCDS.
Safdar Ali Malik, a chartered accountant, taxation expert, compliance consultant and business strategist is one of the senior members of board with a profound knowledge of accounting processes, financial strategy planning and business management acumen. He has remained as Head of Finance for the sugar industry at provincial and national level for nine years and currently preside the BOD Audit Committee of RCDS. He oversees the audit strategic planning, audit performance yields and critical audit reporting of the department. With more than 15 years of diverse experience in Finance and Accounts within banking and manufacturing industry, he acts as a catapult to define the audit and internal controls effectiveness of the organization. s
