- The country-level strategic planning, decision making and resource allocation of ToGETHER is led by Local Humanitarian Partners / Country Steering Committees.
- Institutional, operational, and in-country systems-related anticipatory humanitarian action (AHA), emergency preparedness and response planning (EPREP), emergency response and humanitarian coordination capacity of LHPs are strengthened, applied, and utilized to establish sustainable funding mechanisms.
- Local Humanitarian Partners are using the Humanitarian Operation & Innovation Facility (HOIFA) to plan and implement coordinated humanitarian action considering the triple nexus approach.
- The advocacy initiatives (8 national and 1 global advocacy strategy) improve the quality of humanitarian action in the respective countries through improved cooperation between the Global South and Global North on locally led localization.

- Capacity development -300 local CSOs and their umbrella organizations are capacitated to use arts and culture for peace and social cohesion building in their local communities.
- Sub-grants scheme - Local CSOs are supported financially and coached to facilitate 100 safe, and neutral spaces for dialogue or joint action.
- Developing and sharing evidence - Together with academic and media partners, ten audio-visual documentaries on pluralism are produced and broadcast via different media channels, including social media.
- Advocacy for a pluralistic society - A network of likeminded ‘pluralistic’ actors is supported in its advocacy work addressing formal and customary laws that discriminate women, ethnic, religious and other minorities.

- RCDS is running at flagship education Rumi Grammar School (RGS) in district Nankana Sahib.
- School Building was constructed with the financial support of Embassy of Japan.
- 233 children including orphan and vulnerable children, having talent and yearning for better quality education, get free of cost quality education in school.
