RCDS promotes Skills Development and Livelihoods as a key thematic area aimed at enhancing the economic resilience and self-reliance of vulnerable communities. Through targeted livelihood support initiatives, RCDS provides vocational and entrepreneurial training, along with productive assets, to help individuals and households develop sustainable sources of income.Through these efforts, RCDS has reached 5,096 households, equipping them with practical skills and livelihood opportunities that enable them to improve their economic conditions and reduce poverty. The program particularly focuses on empowering women, youth, and marginalized groups by building their capacities to engage in income-generating activities and small businesses.By strengthening local skills and providing livelihood assets, RCDS contributes to improved household incomes, enhanced economic stability, and long-term community development.
