Results:

The country-level strategic planning, decision making and resource allocation of ToGETHER is led by Local Humanitarian Partners / Country Steering Committees.
Institutional, operational, and in-country systems-related anticipatory humanitarian action (AHA), emergency preparedness and response planning (EPREP), emergency response and humanitarian coordination capacity of LHPs are strengthened, applied, and utilized to establish sustainable funding mechanisms.
Local Humanitarian Partners are using the Humanitarian Operation & Innovation Facility (HOIFA) to plan and implement coordinated humanitarian action considering the triple nexus approach.
The advocacy initiatives (8 national and 1 global advocacy strategy) improve the quality of humanitarian action in the respective countries through improved cooperation between the Global South and Global North on locally led localization.

Results:

Restoration of basic social services, including support to public administration for retrofitting/restoration of health, education, and water & sanitation facilities.
Increased climate resilience of communities through restoration/retrofitting of critical community physical infrastructure.
Improved income and food security of communities by innovating and providing assistance to selected households for climate resilient livelihoods practices, and green electrification.
Enhanced knowledge and capacity of communities, school staff and children, health centre staff, government, and policymakers to promote climate resilient planning and development to identify potential hazards and threats, and establish adaptation, mitigation, and recovery plans, and to evolve local leadership following a gender mainstreaming approach.

Rural Community Development Society in collaboration with Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is implementing the E-voucher model for BISP beneficiaries in Lahore and Kasur which is expected to enhance family planning and birth spacing initiatives, aiming to drive positive outcomes through partnerships with local health organizations to reduce maternal and infant mortality, empower women with informed family planning choices, and improve overall community health. By leveraging technology and engaging communities, the model emphasizes the importance of informed decision-making in reproductive health. Ultimately, the E-voucher program strives to create a sustainable impact, ensuring healthier families and contributing to broader national development objectives.
Results
169,091 Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRAs) in Lahore will be electronically registered and at least 43,964 MWRAs will be served through e-voucher. 95,549 Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRAs) in Kasur will be electronically registered and at least 24,843 MWRAs will be served through e- voucher.

Results:

Improved understanding and compliance level of government agencies (regulator), businesses, and value chain actors on implementation of human rights due diligence procedures, and compliances arising from Pakistan's GSP+ status and the proposed EU CSDDD.
Formation of collaborative networks and partnerships between government agencies (regulator), businesses, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences in human rights due diligence, human rights impact assessments, labour disputes, all forms of discrimination especially gender, and foster identification of problems and remediation initiatives.
Developing and sharing evidence - Together with academic and media partners, ten audio-visual documentaries on pluralism are produced and broadcast via different media channels, including social media.
Strengthened civil society capacity in upholding advocacy for labour standards and corporate accountability
Adoption of ethical supply chain practices and responsible business conduct by companies

RCDS has established Rumi Grammar High School at Mandi Faizabad, a small town in district Nankana Sahib. RCDS believes that every child, no matter who or where they are, has the right to education, protection, care and all the support and services they need to thrive.
Rumi Grammar High School was constructed with the generous support of the Embassy of Japan, featuring standard, child-friendly infrastructure that provides a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for underprivileged children.
To ensure quality education, 15 well-qualified teachers are imparting education by using modern teaching methods and digital tools, creating an engaging and effective learning environment for children.
300 children including orphan and vulnerable children, having talent and yearning for better quality education, get free of cost quality education in school.

Women-led enterprises in Pakistan represent a growing yet underserved sector, accounting for only about 8% of MSMEs and reflecting a low entrepreneurship rate of 1–4%. To address this gap, the “Pathways to Rise” initiative aims to support 250 women-led microenterprises in underserved areas of Lahore and Sheikhupura, Punjab.
The project focuses on strengthening women’s entrepreneurship through professional training, establishment of e-shops, and enhanced access to financial services. It is being implemented by the Rural Commu

The Project is being implemented in District Faisalabad” with the financial support of Charity Right–UK Pakistan Chapter. The project aims to enhance educational infrastructure through the construction of two new classrooms, rehabilitation of seven classrooms and four washrooms, rehabilitation of 21 washrooms, and installation of 37 handwashing points besides the provision of passage to school through the laying of soling.
The initiative is designed to improve the overall learning environment, increase school enrollment, and support student retention. The development and installation of WASH facilities will significantly enhance health and hygiene conditions in targeted schools, contributing to a safer and more conducive educational setting.
The project is currently benefiting 1,039 students, with expected increase of enrollment 1,250 students as a result of these improvements.
